Triathlon Coaching
Customized training program based on an extensive client questionnaire and interview. Specific goals will be established, continuously monitored and refined as you progress through your training.
Youth (KOS).... $65/Month
Program Details:
* Initial consult in person.
* Monthly schedule consisting of 2 bike, 2 run and 2 swim (if not in swim club) workouts per week with strength and stretch plans.
* Strategies on how to read the schedule and adjust it to accommodate other sports and events.
* Email or phone access once a week with a reply within 24 – 48hrs.
* Meet once a month for a workout and a discussion of progress and goal setting. Client sends an email update weekly; response within 24 - 48hours.
Minimum 1 month enrollment is required, month to month thereafter.
- This program will rely on parental support for outside rides and aid in adjusting the program for individual athletes and their available time and energy levels.
Sprint/Olympic.... $90/Month
Program Details:
* Initial consult in person if possible or by phone/Skype.
* Program delivered in 2 week intervals with custom swim, bike and run program design.
* Changes can be implemented for the next 2 week plan.
* Weekly scheduled communication by phone, Skype or email.
* One 30 minute one-on-one workout that can be a swim, bike, run or strength session.
* You send an email update weekly; response within 24 - 48hours.
Minimum 1 month enrollment is required, month to month thereafter.
Half Ironman/Ironman... $175/Month
Program Details:
* Initial consult in person if possible or by phone/Skype.
* Program delivered in 2 week intervals with custom wim, bike and run program design.
* Changes can be implemented for the next 2 week plan. Weekly scheduled communication by phone, Skype or email.
* One 1 hour one-on-one workout that can be a swim, bike, run or strength session.
* You send an email update weekly; response within 24 - 48hours
Minimum 3 month enrollment is required, month to month thereafter.
Prices do not include GST*Changes within the 2 week blocks are not generally included but we can discuss how to change the plan to fit your schedule if needed.
*More extensive program changes, detailed conversations and discussions on relevant topics can be arranged for additional fees.
